These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Carouzel service, available at getcarouzel.com, operated by Charly Mrazeck (hereinafter "Carouzel"). By accessing the service, you unconditionally accept these Terms.

2. Service description

Carouzel is a SaaS tool that transforms LinkedIn posts into visual carousels exportable as PDF or PNG using artificial intelligence. The service is available on a subscription basis and includes a limited free plan.

3. Access and account

Access to the service requires creating an account via Google authentication. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Carouzel reserves the right to suspend any account in the event of fraudulent use or violation of these Terms.

4. Intellectual property

Content generated by Carouzel from your text belongs to you. You retain full ownership of your LinkedIn posts and exported visuals. Carouzel claims no rights over content produced through the service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use Carouzel lawfully and not to generate any illegal, defamatory, or rights-infringing content. Any large-scale automated use (scraping, bots) is prohibited without prior consent.

6. Availability and limitations

Carouzel strives for maximum service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance operations may cause temporary outages. Carouzel shall not be liable for any such unavailability.

7. Changes to these Terms

Carouzel reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes by email or through the service. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Paris.
